IMPORTANT: Please read the instruction and agreement carefully before you submit the registration form.

Instruction: Your selection of piece needs to match the theme of the event. Please talk to your instructor before you make your decision.

If the music is composed by yourself, mark it with "original".

Please note that we may assign a piece to you based on your level of playing. The assigned work is either composed by one of our Mindful Composers or selected by our music advisors. If you would perfer having us assign a piece for you, please type in "Assign".

If you would like to decide your piece later, please type in "TBD". However, notice that you will get a bigger chance to be selected when you provide a piece title to us.

You may make changes up until 30 days before the event day. In that case, just submit the registration form again. Please notice that a demonstration video is required 30 days prior to your registered event. Failure to send it on time will cause a cancellation of your performance for that event.

Total length of your performance should be no more than 5 minutes or as instructed by our event organizer.
